Sartorial Style at King’s Road Cafe

Styling at King’s Road Cafe. Literally. I ran into a few girls having a style session at King’s Road Cafe on Beverly Blvd yesterday – and you’ll see what I mean next week. It turned into a really fun mini photo session on the patio. Until then, I can offer you this Sartorial Style gent with impeccable taste. King’s Road is a mecca of hot style and people watching. I also got a shot of the most amazing bag ever, but that deserves a separate post, a style story and a small parade, up soon.

They’re well known for their stout coffee, (my creamy version after the jump) and you’ll melt if you try the crabcakes benedict, featured above. Here’s a .pdf of their takeout menu, mail order fresh roasted coffees and  a peek at their press. More coming from the cafe and look for the impromptu style session I witnessed at the next table, up next week. It’s raining in LA today and I’m looking forward to a wet weekend.

Please tell me the Crab Cakes Benedict and coffee were yours!

I might just have to order some coffee from Kings Road . . . unless . . . xoxo

I confess that the food & coffee *was* mine, Janet. Shhh… I just finished shooting a designer fitting a Bollywood actress for the Oscars and it was a block away. Um, you might have coffee coming from somewhere else in a very belated pkg. Just saying… <3
