Forget a graduated ombre. The hair trend I’ve been spotting is dark hair with radical tips, well done on a few Angelenos I glanced last week. I caught her on 18th as I was leaving Bed Bath & Beyond with a heavy air mattress. I blew off trying to get a taxi and ended up just taking a rickshaw home.
