New York City Girl – I spotted Fashion Editor / Blogger / Streetstyle photog Tamu McPherson in the West Village Sunday – just as her family was heading back to their hotel to duck Hurricane Sandy. I’ve admired her images at All the Pretty Birds for some time now and had the pleasure of shooting alongside her my first full New York Fashion Week last February, but was too shy to say hello. A couple days later, the New York Times included her in their ‘It’ Girls Work Both Sides of the Camera feature (along with Hanneli Mustaparta and Candice Lake).
It was fun running into her on Bleecker and even more fun to see what she’s wearing at Fashion Week, even when it’s only a glimpse…
