Over the Rainbow – I spotted Angela Pham’s dress outside Milk Studios and went a bit bananas. You can get a closer look at the saturated striped dress in the VIDEO below. I’ve spotted Bravo’s Gallery Girl around Williamsburg a few times and her outfits never disappoint. I just had to know where she found this get up and she shared, “I bought the dress on eBay and get most of my finds on eBay. Lots of obsessive hours spent trawling eBay.” I also asked if she had any favorite vintage stores. She said she’s only been there once, but that Douglas Gardens in Miami was a recent find.

Cute on Cobblestone – I finally got a pedicure, so I’ve been wearing my older Derek Lam wedges from Barneys like crazy the last few days and it makes me want to wear wedges every single day. They’re just the perfect way to cheat high heels and you’d never think we could run in them, but they’re simply the best shoe for the big city. I spotted these friends in NYC’s Meatpacking District and just loved that they each sported different looks that they nailed with a great variety of wedges.
Don’t get me wrong… I like my low priced wedges, like these red espadrilles from Toms, but I’ll leave you with my 6 favorite wedges currently at Barneys, roughly stacked from high to low $.

9th Avenue + Gansevoort – I’m such a sucker for denim on denim. Always have been, always will be. He was too cool in the Meatpacking District with the perfectly slouchy jeans, the subtle cuff and that shirt buttoned to the top.
Shop It – Of course, women have the advantage of kicking the Canadian Tuxedo up a notch with a few variations. Cheap Monday has a cute sleeveless option and See by Chloe has an interesting take with a tie. You can always count on J Crew for a chambray staple and I’m kind of obsessed with Brooklyn store 10 Ft. Single by Stella Dallas, where you can find a huge selection of thrifted and vintage denim shirts. Here’s an interesting color blocked version from Asos. It might be too loud for double denim, but cute nonetheless.
